MAC Speakers BureauThe MAC Speakers Bureau aims to provide high-quality educational opportunities at a minimal cost to archives professionals throughout the Midwest. Working in partnership, local institutions host the event, while MAC covers the speakers’ travel costs and honorarium.In 2022, all Speakers Bureau workshops will be held virtually only. Submitted Workshop Proposals Interested to see what workshops are currently available? See the list of proposals already submitted. Contact If you are interested in hosting a Speakers Bureau event in your area, or if you have further questions about the program, please contact Speakers Bureau Coordinator Stephanie Hunker. In order to keep costs within the Speakers Bureau budget, requests for Speakers Bureau events are limited to 2-3 events per year. Requests to host events for the upcoming year will be accepted from February 1 to February 28. Schedule prioritization will be given to groups that have not hosted another Speaker’s Bureau event in the 3 years prior.
